Acerca de Nosotros

“La Sociedad San Juanina de Gerontología nació el 24 de agosto de 2019, como respuesta a una necesidad de todos los propietarios de Residencias de Adultos Mayores en la provincia de San Juan.

Se nos otorgó personería jurídica el 4 de septiembre de 2023 a través del Decreto N° 1564-MG-2023.

Desde entonces, trabajamos juntos en pos de la defensa de los derechos de los Adultos Mayores, orientando los servicios de nuestras residencias hacia una atención centrada en la persona, con una mirada integral gerontológica que respete las libertades y derechos de los Adultos Mayores.

Proponemos siempre en los diferentes organismos públicos y privados una visión más integral, coincidente con las necesidades actuales de nuestros adultos mayores.

Nos dedicamos a capacitar a colegas, a la comunidad de gerontes y afines, acompañando la transformación de los paradigmas que plantea la nueva gerontología actual, orientada a la persona y fomentando la libertad de decisiones y el respeto de la autonomía, sin descuidar la integridad física, psíquica y sobre todo emocional y afectiva.”
